【摘要】 目的:探讨下肢静脉病变顺、逆行造影X线表现与病理改变的关系。方法:回顾性分析86例(119侧)下肢静脉病变顺、逆行造影X线表现。结果:顺行造影显示原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜关闭不全84侧,交通静脉瓣膜关闭不全14侧,单纯性瓣膜关闭不全11侧,静脉瘤或弥漫性血管湖6侧,先天性下肢静脉发育异常4侧。逆行造影显示0级13侧,Ⅰ级58侧,Ⅱ级21侧,Ⅲ级19侧,Ⅳ级8侧。结论:下肢静脉病变顺、逆行同时造影能更好地显示下肢浅、深静脉瓣膜功能,为临床诊断或治疗提供非常有价值的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation of the X-ray manifestations and pathology of ascending-descending venography of the lower extremity venous disease.Methods:The X-ray appearance of ascending-descending venography in 86 cases(119sides)the lower extremity venous disease were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The ascending venography shows the primary deep venous valvular inadequacy 84sides,the communicating venous valvular inadequacy 14 sides,the simple venous valvular inadequacy 11 sides,the phlebangioma 6 sides,the congenital dysplasia 4 sides,The descending-venography shows the 0 grade 13 sides,Ⅰ grade 58 sides,Ⅱ grade 21 sides,Ⅲ grade 19 sides,Ⅳ grade 8 sides.Conclusion:The ascending-descending venography of the lower extremity venous disease can show best the superficial deep venous valvular function,it is valuable in the clincal diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
