【摘要】 目的:总结分析10例原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的CT表现。方法:对本组10例原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤进行CT平扫,其中5例行CT增强检查,全部病例均经病理证实。观察10例肿瘤的位置、大小、形态、密度、边缘、与周围组织的关系及增强后改变并归纳其不同CT表现。结果:在肿瘤的形态、密度、边缘情况、与周围组织关系及增强后改变等方面,不同类型的肿瘤CT表现有着明显的差异。结论:根据不同的原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的不同CT特征,部分肿瘤可以做出定性诊断。CT检查是诊断原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的重要方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize and analyse the CT appearances of 10 cases of primary retroperitoneal benign tumors.Methods:10 cases of primary retroperitoneal benign tumors in this study are performed by unenhanced CT scan,5 cases in them are performed enhanced CT scan.All 10 cases are confirmed by pathology. To observe location,size,shape,density,margins,relation with surrounding tissues,change of post enhancement and to conclude their different CT appearances.Results:In the aspects of shape,density,margins,relation with surrounding tissues and change of post enhancement,difference kinds of tumor have obvious different.Conclusion:Base on different CT characteristic of different primary retroperitoneal benign tumor,part of tumors can be diagnosed.CT examination is important method of primary retroperitoneal benign tumors.更多还原
