【摘要】 目的:探讨温通针法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的机理。方法:观察用温通针法针刺人中、百会、足三里等穴对血管型脑痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)的活性的影响。结果:温通针法能提高脑痴呆症模型大鼠脑组织CaN酶的活性、降低MDA、LD的含量,提高模型大鼠的学习记忆能力和改善其自发性活动。结论:温通针法可以提高VD大鼠的抗氧化能力,减少自由基代谢产物的储积;增加CaN的分泌,从而起到保护脑细胞,防治脑痴呆的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore the mechanism of Wentong acupuncture in treating VD.Methods:To observe effects of Wentong acupuncture at "Renzhong"(GV26)," "Bainui"(GV20),"ZusanLi"(ST36) on learning and memory,SOD and GSH-Px were determined in medel Mouse with VD.Results:After treatment,the activities of GSH-Pxand CaN increased significantly,the contents of MDA in the brain decreased obviously,and the ability of learning and memory were enhanced.Conclusion:The WenTong Acupuncture can increase antioxydative acpability,reduce metabolities of free radicals and promote CaN secretes,alleviate the acid poisoned,protect the brain’s cell,prevent and cure the VD.更多还原
