【摘要】 目的:探讨腔镜下甲状腺肿物切除术的可行性及安全性。方法:全麻下经胸骨前径路应用腔镜以超声刀切除甲状腺腺瘤和甲状腺结节以及甲状腺癌。结果:7例顺利完成腔镜下手术,1例中转开刀手术,术后无并发症,患者对手术结果满意。结论:腔镜下甲状腺肿物切除术具有明显的美容优点,并不增加手术并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility and safety of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:Under tracheal intubation anesthesia,thyroid adenoma,node and carcinoma were cut out by ultrasonic knife umder Laparoscope in the path before sternum.Results:The endoscopic operation was performed successfully in 7 csses,only one was referred for surgical operation.All patients were satisfied with the cosmetic result of the procedure,without severe complications.Conclusion:Endoscopic thyroidectomy is better cosmetic result,and will not foster the complications.更多还原
