【摘要】 目的:探讨组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎(NHL)的临床病理及免疫组化特征。方法:回顾性分析40例的临床病理资料及免疫组织化学表型。结果:NHL病理组织学表现为多种形态的组织细胞、免疫母细胞及浆细胞样单核细胞增生,伴有程度不同的凝固性坏死,并见组织细胞吞噬核碎屑的现象。病灶内缺乏中性粒细胞和浆细胞浸润。淋巴细胞以CD45RO阳性细胞及表达CD68的组织细胞为主。结论:NHL主要的病理学特征为病变的淋巴结内有多种形态组织细胞的增生,并有组织细胞吞噬细胞核碎屑的现象;病变背景内缺乏粒细胞、浆细胞浸润;免疫组化标记显示:病灶内富于T、B细胞及组织细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry features of 40 cases histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (HNL).Methods:Look back sex analyzes 40 cases HNL of clinical pathologic features and the immunohistochemical form type in 40 cases of HNL were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The clinica pathological changes are crescentic histocytes and have the immunity female cell and plasmacytoid monocytes to increase to presence,appear coagulative necrosis of different concretion of degree,the absence of granular cell and plasmacyte infiltration,and see the phenomenon that crescentic histocytes inside see some cell fragment.Lymphoid cell with the CD45RO(+) and the expression CD68(+) of crescentic histocytes for lord.Conclusion:The pathological changes are crescentic histocytes to increase to presence,and see the phenomenon that crescentic histocytes inside see some cell fragment,the absence of granular cell and plasmacyte infiltration,the immunohistochem istryis a great deal of T cells,B cells and crescentic histocytes of the lymphadenopathy.更多还原
