【摘要】 目的:探讨卡维地洛及美托洛尔在治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的疗效比较。方法:将200例患者随机分为两组,分别给予卡维地洛及美托洛尔治疗。随访3年,观测两组的心功能分级(NYHA-FC),左室射血分数(LVEF)及6分钟步行距离。结果:两组在改善心功能、LVEF及6分钟步行距离,并不存在显著性差异。结论:卡维地洛和美托洛尔在治疗CHF中效果近似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate whether of carvedilol and metoprolor is better in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and treated with carvedilol or metoprolor respectively.NYHA-FC,LVEF and 6-minute walking distance in two groups were observed respectively after 3 years follow-up.Results:There was no significant statistical difference in improving NYHA-FC,LVEF and 6-minute walking distance between two groups.Conclusion:There is no differnce between carvedilol and metoprolor in the treatment of CHF.更多还原
