【摘要】 目的:探讨β-胡萝卜素的生理功能,特别是在防癌治癌方面的功能。方法:从流行病学、细胞实验、动物实验及临床实验方面,就β-胡萝卜素对各种癌症的防治作用研究进展进行了分析。结果:β-胡萝卜素作为一种对人体无不良反应的天然胡萝卜素可能通过不同的机体对多种癌症具有防治作用。结论:其对癌症的作用机制有待更深入的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 β-carotene is known as a matural pigment with many biological functions.More and more data from observational epidemiologic studies,experimental studies,animal studies,and clinical studies suggest that β-carotene is able to prevent or slow the growth of tumors,and lower the incidence of cancer,such as breast cancer,lung cancer,oesophanus cancer,stomach cancer colon cancer,oral cancer and leukaemia.β-carotene has different antitumor effects on smoking and mon-smoking men.However,the molecular mechanism of anticancer action of β-carotene is little known and need to make a thorough study.更多还原
