【摘要】 目的:观察天麻素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:A组:83例糖尿病周围神病变患者,糖尿病饮食及应用降糖药物控制血糖,生理盐水250ml加天麻素注射液800￣1000mg,每日1次静脉点滴。B组:15例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为对照组,糖尿病饮食及应用降血糖药物控制血糖。结果:A组:83例糖尿病周围神经病变患者中,显效43例(51.81%),有效23例(27.71%),无效17例(20.48%),总有效率79.52%。B组:15例糖尿病周围神经病变患者症状均无改善。结论:天麻素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of gastrodin injection for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:83 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in group A were given gastrodin injection 800~1 000 mg in normal saline 250 ml by intravenous grip once a day in addition to diabetic diet and hypoglycemic drug therapy, while 15 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in group B with diabetic diet and hypoglycemic drug therapy only there was no significant statistical difference in the plasma level of blood glucose between two groups(P<0.01).Results:83cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in group A,43 cases(51.81%)were significanthy effective,23 cases(27.71%) were effective,and 17 cases(20.48%)were ineffective,the total effective rate was 79.52%.While the symptoms in all 15 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in group B did not improve.Conclusion:Gastrodin injection has good curative effect for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.更多还原
