【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉注射可达龙联合西地兰治疗合并重症心衰的窦性心动过速的方法。方法:将120名患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组给予可达龙静脉注射,60mg/h及西地兰0.2～0.3mg,静脉注射8小时1次,连用3天。对照组单予西地兰静脉注射。观察两组降低心率的幅度及时间。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,无论是降低心率的幅度,还是在快速降低心率方面,差异均有显著性。结论:静脉注射可达龙联合西地兰可能成为治疗合并重症心衰的窦性心动过速的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the experience of cordarone combined with cedilanid by intravenous injection in treating sinus tachycardia with serious heart failure.Methods:One hundred twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given cordarone 60 mg/h and cedilanid 0.2～0.3 mg every 8 hours by intravenous injection for 3 days,the control group was only given cedilamid by intravenous injection.The range and time of lowering HR in two groups were observed respectively.Results:In the range and time of lowering HR,there existed significant statistical difference between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion:Cordarone combined with cedilanid by intravenous injection may become an effective way to treat the sinus tachycardia with serious heart failure.更多还原
