【摘要】 目的:探讨患儿家长主要存在的心理问题及适宜护理对策。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对150名家长进行随机访问。结果:总结出6个具有代表性的心理问题:焦虑、恐惧、怀疑、得到优先照顾、获取患儿疾病信息、早日出院。结论:通过对患儿家长进行心理问题的分析,便于有预见性地对家长进行心理护理,利用家长与患儿亲密关系与熟悉的表达方式,达到良好的护理效果,利于患儿疾病的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the psychological problems of children’s parents in pediatric nursing,and find the nursing strategy.Methods:150 children’s parents,whose children were in hospital from Oct.2005 to Feb.2006,were sampling survey by questionnaire investigation.Results:From the results of the investigation,the first 6 psychological problems of children’s parents were anxiety,fear,suspect,getting the priority attending,obtaining information about children’s diseases and early discharge.Conclusion:The mental nursing could be executed early to children’s parents according to the psychological problems concluded by the research work,and better nursing effects to children in hospital could be gotten and it is value to the recovery from illness.更多还原
