【摘要】 目的:探讨胃肠道钡餐检查减少原因及应对措施。方法:通过对我院和外院近3年的DC、ED检查数据的统计结果分析。结果:DC检查在明显下降,而ED检查在明显上升。结论:规范DC检查方法,提高DC检查医师的技能和责任,加强和临床医师的沟通,充分认识DC和ED的特点,我们认为消化道钡餐检查还是很有希望的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the reduced reasons of barium meal examination of qastro-intestinal tract in recent years and ist assocated measures.Methods:The statistical result of the in spection data of DC and ED in recent 3 years in our hosiptal and other hostptal was analysed retrospectively.Results:The DC inspection was obviously decreasing,but the ED inspection was obviously rising.Conclusion:Standardizing the method of DC inpection,improving the technical ability and responsibility of examines,strengthening the communication with clinician and recognizing fully the characteristics of DC and ED are very important.We believe that the barium med examination of digesteve tract is very hopeful.更多还原
