【摘要】 目的:探讨修复手掌侧肌腱切割伤的特点和疗效。方法:应用常规外科技术一期修复手掌侧肌腱切割伤,并结合术后功能恢复训练。结果:随访138例,随访时间为术后3个月～2年。肌腱效果按TAM评定标准,优良率达90.5%。结论:应用常规外科技术一期修复手掌侧肌腱切割伤,术后辅助系统功能锻炼,能较好恢复手部功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method and curative effect of surgicla operation for repairing incised injury on palm tendom.Methods:The primary repair of incised injury on palm tendon was adopted by routine surgical technique.Results:138 cases were followed up 3 months to 2 years after operation.The superior rate amounts to 90.5% according to the TAM assessnent standard.Conclusion:The primary repair of routine surgical technique for incised injury on palm tendon assisted with dirigation after operation can better get hand function back.更多还原
