【摘要】 目的:了解银屑病患者皮损中αVβ3整合素的表达及光化学疗法对其的影响。方法:用免疫组化法检测正常对照组皮肤和银屑病患者光化学疗法治疗前后皮损中αVβ3整合素的表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,αVβ3整合素在银屑病患者皮损部位的表达明显增加(P<0.01),银屑病患者光化学疗法治疗前皮损αVβ3整合素表达高于治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:αVβ3整合素参与银屑病的血管新生,光化学疗法可能通过抗血管新生作用来治疗银屑病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of αVβ3 integrin in lesional skin of psoriasis and effect of psoralen ultraviolet A therapy(PUVA)on it.Methods:αVβ3 integrin expression was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression of αVβ3 integrin in lesional skin of psoriasis was higher than that in normal controls.The expression of αVβ3 integrin in lesional skin of psoriasis was significantly decreased after PUVA.Conclusion:It is indicated that the mechanism of PUVA in psoriasis may involve anti-angiogenesis.更多还原
