【摘要】 目的:探讨硬膜外腔注药、针灸及两者结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:120例腰椎间盘突出症的病人随机分为3组,A组单纯针灸治疗;B组单纯硬膜外腔注药治疗;C组针灸与硬膜外腔注药结合治疗。针灸每天都进行1次治疗;硬膜外腔注药治疗则每7天1次,2～3次为1个疗程。结果:A、B﹑C组治疗后VAS值均明显下降,但C组治疗后VAS值最明显<A﹑B组(P<0.05);平均改善指数A组为0.49,B组为0.51,C组为0.55,C组>A、B组(P<0.05);改善率A组为74.2%,B组为81.0%,C组为91.5%,C组>A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:A、B﹑C组治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有疗效,C组最有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effects of epidural injection,acupuncture and combination of both in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:120 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were rondomly divided into group A(acupuncture therapy group),group B(epidural injection group) and group C(combined treatment group). Acupuncture therapy was used once a day,epidural injection was used once a week,the course of treatment was 2~3 tines.Results:After treatment,VAS in group A,B and C all decreased significantly,especially in group C,with a significant difference between group C and group A and B(P<0.05). The mean index of improvement in group A,B and C was 0.49,0.51 and 0.55 respectively,with a significant difference between group C and group A and B(P<0.05). The improvement rate in group A,B and C was 74.2%,81.0%,91.5%,with a significant difference between group C and group A and B(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in group A,B and C in all effective,especially in group C.更多还原
