【摘要】 目的:探讨个体化音乐干预对肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)患者术前焦虑的影响。方法:调查107例肝癌行TACE手术患者的音乐背景并随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组术前1～2小时给予个体化音乐干预30分钟,对照组则只戴耳机不听音乐,观察干预前后焦虑、血压、心率。结果:(1)个体化音乐对术前焦虑的影响:实验组音乐干预后焦虑评分下降显著低于对照组(P=0.02);实验组收缩压呈下降趋势(P=0.04)。(2)个体化音乐对不同人群效果不同:女性患者焦虑的下降程度显著高于男性患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.04)。受教育程度高下降明显(F=4.36,P=0.02)。结论:个体化音乐可减轻肝癌TACE患者术前焦虑,尤其对女性、文化程度高者效果更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of individual music on the preoperative anxiety of patients with hepatic carcinoma undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Methods:107 patients with hepatic carcinoma undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization were investigated and allocated randomly to two groups: the music group listened to a 30 min individual music session by earphone 1~2 h preoperatively, and the control group listened no sound by earphone.Anxiety,blood,pressure, heart rate were poly-measured before,during and after intervention.Results:(1)Individual music decreased anxiety significantly after music intervention compared with the control group and pre-intervention(P=0.02 ). The systolic pressure in the music group showed a downward trend (P=0.04 ).(2)Contrast analysis indicated that females decreased more in anxiety than males after listening to individual music(P=0.04 ), and this result was also found in the well-educated patients(F=4.36, P=0.02 ). Conclusion:Individual music,which set up by according to patients’ preference, can reduce preoperative anxiety,and the females and the well educated patients have better effects.更多还原
