【摘要】 目的:分析无强化胶质瘤的MR特点,提高其诊断准确率。方法:对已手术确诊的30例原发脑胶质瘤MR诸征象及增强变化进行回顾性分析,探讨其征象与肿瘤病理的关系。结果:无强化胶质瘤有一定的特征性,发病部位以双侧额叶居多,以长T1长T2信号为主,中等大小占多数,轻度水肿效应较多等。结论:MR检查可提高对无强化胶质瘤的认识,并有较高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the peculiarity of non-enhancing glioma in MRI,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods: The exhibition of routine scanning and enhancing of MR in 30 glioma cases confirmed by pathology was retrospectively analyzed, especially the relation of sign and pathology.Results:The non-enhancing glioma has some peculiarityies,most of them in double forehead, long T1WI and T2WI,middle volume,and lightly edema,etc.Conclusion:MRI has preferable significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the non-enhancing glioma.更多还原
