【摘要】 目的:评价微波联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:89例门诊带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,试验组采用微波照射联合泛昔洛韦口服治疗,对照组采用阿昔洛韦口服治疗,7天为1疗程。结果:微波联合泛昔洛韦组痊愈率及后遗神经痛发生率方面明显优于阿昔洛韦组(前者P<0.01,后者P<0.05),总有效率相当,但在止痛、止疱、结痂方面均优于阿昔洛韦组。结论:微波联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of microwave combined with famciclovir orally in herpes zoster.Methods:89 out-patients with herpes zoster were randomized to receive either microwave combined with famciclovir orally or acyclovir orally for seven days. Results:The group treated with microwave combined with famciclovir orally was superior to that with acyclovir orally in cure rate and occurance rate of postherpetic neuralgia(the former P<0.01,the latter P<0.05), total effective rate was similar,but experimental group was better in controlling pain?vesicles and crusts.
