【摘要】 目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中存活素(Survivin)的表达与各临床病理因素的关系,评价Survivin在结直肠癌预后判断中的价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学PowerVision两步法检测40例结直肠癌组织中Survivin的表达情况,回顾性分析Survivin与各临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果:Survivin在结直肠癌组织中的表达阳性率均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01),与Dukes分期及淋巴结转移有明显相关(P<0.05),DukesC期、D期结直肠癌组织明显高于DukesA期、B期,有淋巴结转移组Survivin阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移组。Survivin阳性表达患者3年、5年生存率明显低于表达阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:在结直肠癌发生、发展过程中伴随着Survivin的表达,检测结直肠癌组织Survivin可能对判断结直肠癌的淋巴结转移及病情进展有一定的价值。Survivin阳性的患者3年、5年生存率明显降低,对其进行检测,可以对结直肠癌患者的预后评估有一定的辅助意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of survivin and the clinicopathologic parameters in colorectal carcinoma(CRC), and evaluate its significance in predicating the prognosis.Methods:Immunohistochemical method by two-step PowerVision was used to detect survivin expression in 40 patients with CRC. The relationship between survivin expression and the clinicopathologic parameters,prognosis was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The positive rate of survivin in CRC was higher than that in matched normal tissues(P<0.01). The expression was related to Dukes stages and the metastasis of lymph nodes. The expression rate of survivin in CRC with the metastasis of lymph nodes was higher than that without metastasis(P<0.05), and higher in Dukes C?D stages than in Dukes A?B stages(P<0.05). Survival rate of 3 years and 5 years was lower in the patients with the positive expression of survivin than in those with the negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of survivin was associated with the development and metastasis of CRC. The patients with expression of survivin have lower survival rate of 3 years and 5 years. We may evaluate the prognosis of CRC through the test of survivin.更多还原
