【摘要】 目的:观察血清白蛋白(SAL)、前蛋白(SPA)在临终老年痴呆患者中的动态变化,探讨其临床意义。方法:回顾性分析老年痴呆患者死前第12月和4月内的SAL、SPA的检测结果,并与同期存活老年痴呆患者存活第1月和第12月时结果比较。结果:存活组两时间段和死亡组死前12月SAL、SPA的水平差异无显著性,而在死前4月内明显低于死前一年的水平,并呈进行性下降趋势。结论:SAL、SPA进行性下降可能是临终前肝脏合成功能受损日渐加重甚至衰竭的结果,可视为临终前生化表现之一,亦可作为疾病预后不良的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the dynamical changes of serum albumin(SAL)and prealbumin(SPA)of elderly patients with dementia who were impending death,and discuss its clinical significance.Methods:Retrospectively reviewed the medical records of dead and alive patients with dementia.The level of SAL and SPA in the 12th month and the last four months before death and the first and 12th month in the alive patient group were analyzed.Results:The levels of SAL and SPA during the last four month were lower than of 12th month before dead and decreased progressively.While there is no significance among those in 12th month before dead and those in alive control.Conclusion:The dynamical reductions of SAL and SPA mayve the results of multiple organ dysfunction presenting the impairment of liver protein synthesis,may regard as manifestations of impending death,and predictors of malignant prognosis.更多还原
