【摘要】 为了有效控制医院内感染,笔者分析综合医院感染管理存在问题:无菌物品管理不当;无菌观念不强;工作不到位;医疗废物概念不清。并针对存在问题制定行之有效的预防措施:加强无菌观念及无菌物品管理;手污染预防;定期监测;加强医疗废物管理;各类人员培训;制定防护措施。定期质量检查,对存在问题跟踪验证,将医院感染控制到最低水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to control the nosocomial infection,the existential problems in nursing management of nosocmial infection,such as management impropriety of aseptic articles,weakness of aseptic sense,incompletion of work and concept haziness of medical waste were analysed comprehensively.In accordance with the foregoing problems,the effective preventive measures,such as enhancing the aseptic sense,strengthening the management of aseptic articles,preventing the pollution of hands,periodic detection,strengthening the management of medical waste,training al kinds of medical staff and instituting the preventive measures were made.Examining the guality periodically and shadowing the problems in our jobs should control the nosocomial infection to the lowest level.更多还原
