【摘要】 目的:观察腺样体切除术在儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的作用。方法:对73例伴有腺样体肥大的慢性鼻窦炎患儿行腺样体切除术资料进行回顾性分析。结果:73例慢性鼻窦炎患儿中治愈49例(67.1%),好转19例(26.0%),无效5例(6.9%),总有效率93.1%。结论:对伴有腺样体肥大的慢性鼻窦炎患儿行腺样体切除术可取得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children.Methods:73 children with chronic sinusitis accompanied by adenoidal hypertrophy were performed adenoidectomy,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:49 cases(67.1%)were cured,19 cases(26.0%)were improved and 5 cases(6.9%)were ineffective in 73 children with chronic sinusitis,the effective rate was 93.1%. Conclusion:The satisfactory therapeutical effect can be achieved by adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children accompanied by adenoidal hypertrophy.更多还原
