【摘要】 目的:观察左旋卡尼汀对急性心肌梗死患者心绞痛、心律失常症状及心电图改善的有效性。方法:将我院收治的97例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和加用左旋卡尼汀组(治疗组),观察心绞痛、心律失常症状及心电图改善的情况。结果:治疗组患者心绞痛、心律失常及心电图改善明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:左旋卡尼汀能够有效地治疗急性心肌梗死。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of L-carnitine in the improvement of angina pectoris arrhythmia and electrocardiogran (ECG)in patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction.Methods:97 patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The routine treatment was used in both groups,besides this,the treatment group was added with L-carnitine.The ameliorative condition of angina pectoris,arrhythmia and ECG in both groups was observed respectively.Results:The ameliorative condition of angina pectoris,arrhythmia and ECG in the treatment group had significant difference fron that in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusion:L-carnitine was effective for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.更多还原
