【摘要】 目的:研究经腹入路治疗胃底贲门癌的获益和指征。方法:对对1990年到2005年间的60例经腹手术径路的胃底贲门癌治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:贲门癌切除术后所有的患者均治愈出院,无吻合口漏、瘘的发生,无围手术期的死亡。结论:经腹径路行胃底贲门癌的切除对高危病人来说是一个理想、安全的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the advantage and indication of transventral approach in the treatment of cardiac cancet. Methods:From 1990 to 2005,60 cases with cardiac cancer received radical resection were analyzed retrospectively. Results:After cardiac cancer resection, the handsewn esophagojejunostomy and esophagogastrostomy were performed in 60 cases.All cases were cured and discharged without anastomotic leakage and death during perioperative period. Conclusion:Transventral approach for redical resection of cardiac cancer is an ideal,safe method in patients with high risk of operation.更多还原
