【摘要】 目的:探讨骨折并糖尿病患者围手术期的处理。方法:分析本院于2000年1月～2005年8月间行手术治疗的52例骨折合并2型糖尿病患者。结果:52例患者均行择期手术,切口感染4例,死亡3例,与同病区同期随机选取的69例非糖尿病骨折患者比较,其并发症发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:严密监测血糖,严格控制血糖对于糖尿病患者骨折安全渡过围手术期至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the management of the perioperative period of fracture in patients with diabetes. Methods:52 type 2 diabetics with fracture from January 2000 to August 2005 performed with operative treatment in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results:The operations in all 52 patients were performed at chosen time,in which,4 cases were incisional infection and 3 cases died. Compared with 69 cases of fracture without diabetes at the same time,the difference between them in the incidence of complication was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Closely detecting blood sugar and strictly controlling blood sugar are very important to tide over the perioperative period on the diabetics with fracture.更多还原
