【Abstract】 In Trionyx sinensis,the pancreas is a diffuse gland.Its exocrine portion is serous and compound tubuloacinar gland.The acinus is composed of simple cone or low columnar cells.The duct is distinguished as intercalated duct,exolobular duct,interlobular duct and common duct.The islets of pancreas are small in Trionyx sinensis.The wall of gallbladder consists of mucasa,submucosa,musculary and adventitia.Epithelium of mucosa is composed of simple tall columnar cells.The submucosa is made up of loose connective tissue.The musculary consists of smooth muscles and elastic fibers.The adventitia is made up of thin connective tissue.更多还原
