【Abstract】 The constructing of rural social security system is the internal requirement for constructing new socialist countryside.There exist such factors which restrict the establishment and improvement of rural social security system as the lack and unified source of funds,the population aging,the outmoded notion of some farmers,the unbalanced development among districts.To propel the constructing of new socialist countryside we should raise money through various channels,bring farmers’ initiative into full play to participate in security,and improve the systems of endowment,medical treatment,and the lowest living security.更多还原
