【Abstract】 In less developed areas,the rural economic-structure adjustment can be implemented by means of the guidelines on policies and the support from science and technology.Moreover,the adjustment is bound to view mechanism and creativity as a perfect opportunity and to further reinforce the "Five Returns、Five Reductions".And most importantly,it must give much more priority to the refinement of the eco-environment,the nurture of leader enterprises and the extension of the production chain.更多还原
