泥鳅粉对小鼠耐缺氧作用的研究
Effects of Misgurnus Anguillicaudatus Powder on Antihypoxia Capacity in Mice
【摘要】 目的研究泥鳅粉对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响。方法连续灌胃小鼠不同剂量的泥鳅粉15d,末次给药后1h, 进行密闭缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验和亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧实验,以存活时间、血红蛋白含量和红细胞数作为指标, 观察泥鳅粉对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响。结果泥鳅粉可延长小鼠在不同缺氧条件下的存活时间,也可提高小鼠血红蛋白的含量和红细胞数量。结论泥鳅粉具有提高小鼠耐缺氧能力的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of misgurnus atiguillicaudatus power (MAP) on the antihypoxia capacity in mice.Methods The mice were administered with various doses of MAP for 15 days and then were exposed to hypoxia. The survival time in mice、 the content of hemoglobin (Hb) and the red blood cell (RBC) were examined. Results MAP significantly prolonged the survival time in mice exposed to hypoxia .It could also increase Hb content and RBC amounts. Conclusion MAP has improving effects of antihypoxia capacity in mice.
