添加剂对均匀沉淀法制备Al(OH)3微粉形貌的影响
Influence of Additives on the Morphology of Al(OH)3 Ultra-fine Powder Prepared by Homogeneous Precipitation
【摘要】 利用均匀沉淀法从AlCl3-尿素体系制备Al(OH)3微粉,研究了不同的添加剂对粉末形貌的影响,并用扫描电镜分析了所制得的粉末形貌。结果表明:在运用均匀沉淀法AlCl3-尿素体系制备Al(OH)3微粉过程中,添加剂对其形貌的影响较大,且不同添加剂对粉末的形貌有着不同的影响结果。加入PVP和NaH2PO4,粉末仍未产生规则形貌;加入PVA后,颗粒长成片状结构;添加SDS,颗粒较分散,但形貌不规整;加入物质X则得到了规则的球形颗粒。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fine Al(OH)3 powder is prepared by homogenous precipitation.Study is made on the influence of different addictives on the powder morphology.The morphology of powder is analyzed through scan electron microscope.The results show that additives strongly influence the morphology of powders obtained by homogenous precipitation.The morphology of powders is changed with the type of additives.The addition of PVP and NaH2PO4 fail to form regular morphology;while the addition of PVA results in sheet structure;the particle is dispersive yet irregular with the addition of SDS.Regular spherical particles are obtained with the addition of X.
