【摘要】 目的探讨舌癌的CT表现,提高舌癌的CT诊断水平。方法对23例经活检或手术病理证实的舌癌CT扫描资料进行分析和总结。结果20例溃疡型舌癌CT表现为低密度区16例,4例表现为等密度区;3例疣状癌表现为等或略高密度区。增强扫描溃疡型14例均呈环形或不均匀性强化,疣状型2例呈环形强化。16例进行测量增强扫描见肿瘤浸润深度>4mm11例,<4mm5例。伴有颈部淋巴结肿大14例。结论CT扫描对舌癌有重要诊断价值,增强扫描对病灶显示尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the CT features of tongue carcinoma and to explore the value of CT scanning in the diagnosis of this tumor.Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 23 cases with tongue carcinoma,diagnosed on the basis of biopsy or surgical pathology,and it was done through careful analysis on their CT images.Results Among the 20 cases with ulcerous type of tongue carcinoma,16 showed lower density areas and 4 showed iso-density areas on their plain scanning CT images.The 3 cases with tongue carcinoma in verrucous type all showed iso-or slightly higher density areas on their plain scanning CT images.On the other hand,11 showed an infiltrating depth more than 4 mm and 5 showed the infiltrating depth being less than 4 mm as shown on the enhanced scanning CT images of 16 cases.Moreover,14 displayed enlarged neck nodes on their CT images in this group of cases.Conclusion CT scanning holds very important value for the diagnosis of tongue carcinoma,especially the enhanced images of CT scanning in the displaying of focus.更多还原
