【摘要】 目的观察藻酸钙与凡士林纱条在鼻中隔手术中应用的效果。方法60例鼻中隔偏曲在本科接受手术治疗的成年患者,随机分组,实验组和对照组各30例。两组患者接受相同的手术治疗(鼻中隔黏膜下切除术)及常规处理。实验组采用藻酸钙(sorbalgon)、凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞；对照组采用常规的凡士林纱条填塞。结果实验组患者鼻腔填塞后自觉不适反应轻；鼻腔尤其鼻中隔黏膜损伤反应较对照组轻,创面渗出少,鼻中隔黏膜修复优于对照组。结论藻酸钙具有良好的保护创面作用,有利于鼻腔黏膜的早期愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sorbalgon used in septum surgery for nasal cavity packing in a comparative way with that of Vaseline gauze strip.Methods Sixty cases with septum deviation were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.experimental group(EG)and controlling one(CG).with 30 cases in each.All the cases in these two groups were operated on by the same surgical procedure and other routine treatment,except the way of nasal cavity packing, where Sorbalgon plus Vaseline gauze strip was used for those in EG and simple Vaseline gauge strip was used for those in CG.Results The cases in EG showed significantly relieved postoperative reac- tion following nasal cavity packing with Sorbalgon,with much less injury to septum mucosa and less exudate from the wound,when compared with that of controls.Conclusions Sorbalgon can be used as a good nasal packing material used in septum surgery by its definite protective and hemostatic effect on nasal mucosa to promote its early healing.更多还原
