【摘要】 目的测定山东产半夏(姜制品)中多糖的含量。方法采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法于波长(624±1)nm处测定吸光度。结果姜半夏多糖的含量为2.533mg/g(n=3),平均加样回收率为99.54%,RSD=1.69%。结论硫酸-蒽酮法测定姜半夏中多糖,方法简便,准确,稳定性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of polysaccharide of prepared pinellia tuber. Methods The content was determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetric method with wavelength at (624±1)nm. Results The content of polysaccharide was 2.533 mg/g in prepared pinellia tuber. The average recovery was 99.54% and RSD was 1.69%. Conclusion The methods was simple, steady and reproducible.更多还原
