【摘要】 目的探讨胃康颗粒对大鼠胃溃疡及胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法采用应激、幽门结扎、口服乙醇致大鼠胃溃疡及胃黏膜损伤,观察胃康颗粒3个剂量组对模型的影响。结果胃康颗粒能明显对抗大鼠应激型溃疡、结扎胃幽门型溃疡,对乙醇所致大鼠实验性胃黏膜损伤有明显的保护作用,还能增加大鼠胃黏膜血流量,促进胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)生成。结论胃康颗粒对胃黏膜损伤确有保护作用,其机制可能是通过改善胃壁血循环、提高PGE2含量实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preventive effect of Weikang granule on gastric ulcer and gastric mucosa damage in rats and its mechanism. Methods Gastric ulcer model was made by stress and pylorus ligature, gastric mucosa damage was made by feeding alcohol to rats. The effect of three different dosage on the rat model were observed. Results In the three treatment groups, there is noticeable resistant effect to the formation of stress and pylorus ligature gastric ulcer of rats. Weikang granule could protect the gastric mucosa from injury caused by alcohol, increase blood flow and content of PGE2. Conclusion It may be the potential mechanism that the prescription can improve the blood circulation of the gastric wall and increase content of PGE2.更多还原
