【摘要】 医学是一门实践性和专业性很强的学科,随着研究生招生规模的扩大,临床医学研究生的培养资源短缺日趋明显,使得学校的有限资源与研究生培养质量要求之间的矛盾日趋明显。为了能积极有效地解决医学研究生培养资源短缺问题,确保研究生培养的质量,新乡医学院就建立校外临床医学研究生联合培养基地(以下简称基地)工作进行了积极的探索和实践。作者就研究生联合培养基地的建立、招生、培养、管理及其优点和问题进行了探讨,以期能为缓解医学研究生培养资源的短缺问题和研究生就业压力提供比较完整、规范、可操作的实践方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medicine is a very practical science, with the increaseing in the number of clinical postgraduate,the training resources fewer and fewer。To solve the problem of inadequate resources for the training medical postgraduates,Xinxiang Medical College to establish a joint training base outside of clinical medicine postgraduate(hereinafter called the base) for the active exploration and practice.The joint postgraduate training bases for the creation, training modes, and the strengths and weaknesses of the management system for research,hope to be able to solve the problem of shortage of medical postgraduate training resources to provide better programs and graduate employment pressures.更多还原
