【摘要】 目的研究艾迪注射液静脉滴注配合卡铂胸腔灌注化疗治疗肺癌胸水的疗效。方法选取44例恶性胸腔积液住院患者,随机分为艾迪注射液静脉滴注配合卡铂胸腔灌注化疗组(观察组)和单纯卡铂胸腔灌注化疗组(对照组),从胸水缓解情况、生活质量变化、T细胞亚群变化、毒副反应等方面进行临床疗效观察和评价。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);在改善肺癌胸水患者生活质量(卡氏评分)方面,前者优于后者;对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组较对照组消化道反应轻、骨髓抑制轻,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液静脉滴注配合卡铂胸腔灌注治疗肺癌胸水疗效明显,毒副反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of AiDi injection combined with Carboplatin pleural infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary-carcinoma-caused pleural effusions. Methods 44 lung cancer patients with pleural effusion were randomly divided into the observed groups (AiDi injection combined with Carboplatin pleural infusion chemotherapy group) and the contrast group (the pure Carboplatin pleural infusion chemotherapy group). The clinic curative effect was observed and compared through analyzing changes of pleural effusion, the scoring method of KPS, T cell subgroup and toxic side effect etc.Results The curative effect of the observed group was better than that of the contrast group. As to the quality of life (scoring method of KPS), the observed group was much better than that of the contrast group. The level of the T cell sub-group- CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+ cell in the observed group after therapy was significantly higher than that in the contrast group. The observed group had a slighter side effect on alimentary canal and bone marrow depression.Conclusion The curative effect of AiDi injection combined with Carboplatin pleural infusion chemotherapy seemed to have considerable value on pulmonary-carcinoma-caused pleural effusions, while the side effect was slight.更多还原
