【摘要】 目的观察经腹水浓缩回输超滤仪治疗Ⅲ型腹水的临床疗效。方法70例Ⅲ型腹水患者分为两组,治疗组40例用WLFHY-500型自体腹水回输超滤仪进行自体腹水超滤浓缩回输治疗,对照组30例采用常规利尿治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗后腹围缩小、血浆白蛋白升高明显(P<0.01),血尿素氮、肌酐和内毒素明显降低(P<0.01),总疗效优与对照组(P<0.05)。结论WLFHY-500超滤仪进行自体腹水浓缩回输可以有效治疗Ⅲ型腹水,缓解临床症状,减少住院时间和治疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of reinfusion of concentrated arto-ascites fluid in patients with Ⅲ type ascites by super-membrane-instrument.Methods Seventy patients with Ⅲ type ascites was dividied into two groups, 40 patients were treated by reinfusion of arto-ascites super-membrane-instrument,and rest 30 patients,as control group,were treated routinely with diuresis.Results All patients′s abdominal girth were sharp reduced(P<0.01), plasma albumin obviousely raised(P<0.01),and the serm levels of BUN ,Cr and endotoxin were significantely decreased (P<0.01) in treatment group.The total effective rate in tratment group was well than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The reinfusion with concentrated arto-ascites by super-membrace-instrument for Ⅲ type ascites is an effective therapy to relieve clinical symptom,shouten the time of length of stay and treatment expense.更多还原
