【摘要】 目的总结125碘(125I)粒子近距离治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法选择恶性瘤患者42例,根据肿瘤部位分别采用床旁局麻直视下体表肿瘤直接植入放射性粒子、超声引导下植入粒子、CT引导下植入粒子和手术中直视下植入粒子的方法对实体肿瘤及转移淋巴结进行放射性125I粒子永久性植入治疗恶性肿瘤。结果42例中,完全缓解16例(38.1%),部分缓解22例(52.3%),无恶化2例(4.8%),恶化2例(4.8%),有效率90.4%。结论125I放射性粒子永久性植入近距离治疗恶性肿瘤方法简单安全,疗效确切,是一种治疗癌症的理想方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the effect of ¹²⁵I seeds interstitial brachytherapy on the malignant tumor.Methods Forty two patients with different malignant tumor were treated by implanting ¹²⁵I seeds into solid malignant tumor,including lymph node in direct vision or in operation or under ultrasonography and CT.The therapeutic effects were analized respectively.Results In these cases,complete response was 16（38.1%）,partial remission was 22（52.3%）,no changes was 2（4.8%）,and progression was 2（4.8%）.The total effective rate was 90.4%.Conclusion The seeds ¹²⁵I interstitial brachytherapy for the malignant tumor is simple,safe and effective.It is one of the deal methods for cancer and has a good application prospect in China.更多还原
