【摘要】 目的探讨核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胰腺癌组织中表达的意义及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法,检测正常胰腺组织和癌旁不典型增生组织及胰腺癌组织NF-κB p65和VEGF的表达,并分析其与胰腺癌的临床病理关系。结果NF-κB p65和VEGF在胰腺癌中的表达率分别为63.46%和71.15%,显著高于正常胰腺组织和癌旁不典型增生组织(P<0.01、P<0.05),NF-κB p65的表达与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.05),VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(P<0.05,P<0.01),NF-κB p65和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01)。结论NF-κB p65可能通过正向调节VEGF的表达,促进胰腺癌的发生和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressive meaning and relationship of nuclear factor-kappaB p65(NF-κB p65) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in pancreatic cancer.Methods The expressions of NF-κB p65 and VEGF in normal pancreatic tissues,atypical hyperplasia pancreatic tissues and pancreatic cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and clinic pathological correlation with pancreatic cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rates of NF-κB p65 and VEGF in pancreatic cancer were 63.5% and 71.5% respectively,which were higher than those in normal pancreatic tissues and atypical hyperplasia tissues(P<0.01 and P<0.05).It was found that there was relationship between the expression of NF-κB p65 and diameter of tumor,lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was corrlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was positive correlation between the expression of NF-κB p65 and VEGF(r =0.40,P<0.01).Conclusion NF-κB p65 may play an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer by up-regulating the expression of VEGF.更多还原
