分子吸附剂再循环系统治疗肝性脑病28例临床观察与护理

【摘要】 目的探讨分子吸附再循环系统(MARS)治疗肝性脑病(HE)的疗效和护理。方法回顾28例HE患者进行了72次的MARS治疗的临床观察及护理体会。结果治疗后患者血氨及其他有害物质明显下降,同时大量水溶性和非水溶性毒素被明显清除,患者肝性脑病的临床症状明显改善,13例痊愈出院,其中6例成功接受肝移植,其余15例临床症状明显减轻和好转,总生存率46.4%。结论MARS可以有效地清除HE患者体内的脂溶性、水溶性代谢毒素,延缓病情的进展。严密的病情观察和合理的护理措施对于减轻并发症及促进康复是必要的。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the the curative and nursing effect of molecular absorbent recirculating system(MARS) on encephalopathy(HE).Methods The clinical observations and nursing experiences in 28 HE patients by MARS were anlylized retrospectively.Results After MARS,the level of blood ammonia and other harmful substances reduced sharply,and the hydrosoluble and non-hydrosoluble materials were removed from the body.Much improvement has been seen in the clinical symptoms of those patients,13 HE patients recovered and left hospital.The liver transplantation in 6 cases were performed successfully.The other 15 cases were improved in clinical symptom.The total survival rate reached 46.4%.Conclusion The MARS may effectively eliminate the hydrosoluble and non-hydrosoluble materials and delay the developments of HE.The rigorous clinical observation and logical nuring are essential to reduce patients’ complications.
