【摘要】 学术评价中适度量化模式管理是必要的,但不可过度。过度量化模式管理导致“量化模式崇拜”在我国高校(含医学院校)盛行。在量化模式管理仍在实施或者说仍需改造的当下,应将原创性、前沿性作为学术评价的核心指标,应将高质量、高水平作为学术评价的重要标准,应将同行评价和同质评价相结合、定量评价和定性评价相结合等作为学术评价的基本原则。高校教师要时刻牢记“学术乃天下公器,学术研究者乃社会良心”,要耐得住清贫和寂寞,不随波逐流,不人云亦云,不见利忘义,始终保持内心的自由和独立的人格。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the academic appraisalthe moderate quantification is necessary,but not excessive.The phenomenon of over-quantification during academic appraisal results in that worshiping the quantificational mode is prevailing in our colleges including medical colleges.When the quantification administration is still in the implementation or still had to transform immediately,we shall try hard to do the following items.First,origination and innovation are the nuclear standards of academic appraisal,while the higher quality and level are its important guidelines.Second,there are two basic principles in academic appraisal,one is the combination of craft brother estimation and consubstantial estimation,the other is the combination of quantificational estimation and qualitative estimation.So college teachers must bear firmly in mind that "Academic is the world rule,the academic researcher is the social conscience."They must endure poverty and loneliness,not blindly follow and forget honor at the sight of profits as well as maintain the innermost feelings throughout the freedom and the independent personality.更多还原
