卵叶三脉紫菀化学成分的研究
Study on chemical constituents of Aster Ageratoides var.Oophyllus
【摘要】 目的研究卵叶三脉紫菀根部的化学成分。方法采用柱层析(CC)对植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法(1H-NMR,13C NM,HMBC,MS,IR)分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构。结果从该植物的乙酸乙酯部分分离出4个化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:2β,3,β16α-三羟基-23α-醛基降碳-12-齐墩果烯(I)、(24R)-5(-豆甾-7,22(E)-二烯-3(-醇(II)、谷甾醇(III)、1,3-二亚油酸甘油酯(IV)。结论I为新化合物,II-IV均为首次从该植物中分离获得。
【Abstract】 Objective To study chemical constituents of the roots in the Aster ageratoides var.oophyllus.Methods The extracted compounds from the plants were separated and purified by means of silica gel column chromatography(CC) and elucidated by spectroscopic experiments(1H-NMR,13C NMR,HMBC,MS,UV,IR) to confirm the structures in the compounds.Results Four compounds were obtained and established as 2β,3β,16α-trihydroxy-23α-al-12-en-noroleane(I),(24R)-5α-stigmast-7,22(E)-dien-3α-ol(II),α-sitosterol(III),glycerin 1,3-dilinoleate(IV).Conclusion Compound I was new and II-IV were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
