经股静脉床旁漂浮电极导管临时心脏起搏应用研究
Clinical application of bedside temporary cardiac pacing using floating electrode catheter from femoral vein
【摘要】 目的探讨经股静脉漂浮电极导管在紧急心脏起搏治疗中无X线条件下的有效性和快速、安全性。方法37例患者均采用漂浮电极导管,采用Seldinger技术穿刺右侧股静脉,所有患者均在床边无X线条件下进行,起搏方式为按需心室起搏(CVP)。结果所有患者均起搏成功,最快3.8min,最慢23.1min。5~10min内起搏成功28例。从股静脉穿刺成功至起搏完成时间为8.5±3.65min。结论在急症无X线透视时,应用Seldinger穿刺技术经股静脉床边漂浮电极导管临时起搏具有起搏快,疗效肯定,并发症很少,不需搬动患者,不需特殊设备,非常适用于危重患者的急诊抢救,特别是在基层医院。
【Abstract】 Objective To study effectiveness and safety and quick application of bedside floating electrode catheter temporary pacing perfemoral vein on emergency cardiac pacing without X-ray.Methods All 37 patients were performed with floating electrode catheter,using the Seldinger technique to puncture the right lateral femoral vein.All patients were conducted bedside without X-ray,mode of cardiac pacing was cardioventricular pacing (CVP)according to requirements. Results Time of successful pacing was from 3.8 to 23.1 minutes.Amont of tham,28 patients were successful pacing within from 5 to 10 minutes, the average time was 8.5±3.56 minutes. Conclusion In the condition of emergency without X-ray,bedside temporary pacing application using the floating electrode catheter per femoral veinis swiftness,effects iveness,less complications and unnecessary moving the patients and special equipments,and it is very suitable for application of rescuing the danger and severe patients in emergency,especially in primary hospitals.
