【Abstract】 This paper discusses how a monopolistic manufacturer producing a single product maximizes his(profit.) The manufacturer has fuzzy information about the return rate while collecting returned items,and will determine the retail price and the fixed investment in collecting returned items.Taking account of the manufacturer’s pessimism degree,the optimal decisions of the manufacturer with different pessimism degrees are obtained.Finally,the decisions of manufacturers with different pessimism degrees are compared.更多还原
