宽带微波相关器的仿真与实现
Simulation and Implementation of Wideband Microwave Correlator
【摘要】 为了解决高精度瞬时测频(INSTANTANEOUSFREQUENCYMEASUREMENT,IFM)接收机中高性能微波相关器的设计问题,采用高频率仿真系统(HIGHFREQUENCYSIMULATIONSYSTEM,HFSS)进行软件仿真。根据软件仿真结果,在同一介质基片上设计制作了含有功分器、3DB正交电桥和检波器的一种X波段带状线结构微波相关器实际电路。测试结果表明,该结构的微波相关器在8~12GHZ频率范围内具有良好的性能,且具有体积小、工艺简单、调试方便的特点。
【Abstract】 In order to design high precision instantaneous frequency measure(IFM)receiver,it is the most important to solve the problems concerning the microwave correlator featuring good performance.The HFSS is introduced into the design of one kind of X-band strip line microwave correlator.Based on the simulation results,one circuit board consisting of power dividers,3dB hybirds and detectors integrated on the same dielectric medium are fabricated.The testing result indicates that this kind of microwave correlator has good performance in frequency range from 8 to 12GHz and has such advantages as small dimensions,simple manufacturing process,and readiness to adjust.
