基于PRVI的二甲醚电控单元在油泵试验台上的试验研究
Study on Bench Testing for the Electronic Control Unit of DME Engine Based on PRVI
【摘要】 本文介绍所开发的基于PRVI燃料喷射系统的四缸二甲醚发动机电子控制系统。为了验证整个系统实际运行的可行性,以柴油作为燃料,模拟二甲醚的工作。在油泵实验台上进行了机液装置、控制系统的联合调试、喷油量均匀性及喷射特性的研究。为了验证电控单元实际工作的正确性,对电控单元在油泵试验台上进行了实际控制过程的试验。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at the electronic control system of four-cylinder DME engine based on PRVI.To test the feasibility of this system,we used diesel oil instead of DME fuel to simulate the working state.The joint debugging of machine-liquid equipment and the control system,the uniformity of injection and the injection characteristic were studied on bench testing.To evaluating the reliability of ECU,actual control test was carried out on the oil pump test bed.
