电控LPG喷射内燃机的EGR实验研究
Experimental Study on EGR Effect of Electronically Controlled LPG-injection Engines
【摘要】 在小型四冲程发动机上进行电控LPG喷射系统改装后,为降低发动机的NOx排放,在该系统上进行了EGR的实验研究.通过综合调节LPG喷嘴驱动信号占空比和EGR率,实现基本保持原机功率条件下有害气体NOx排放降低的效果。
【Abstract】 After the refit of LPG fuel system on a Small 4-stroke engine,Exhaust Gas Recirculation is adopted and tested to reduce the NO_x emission.By means of adjusting the Pulse Duration Ratio of nozzles and the Ratio of EGR,the system can fulfill the task of reduction of NOx emission.
