运行在不同海拔下增压柴油机的EGR试验研究
Effects of EGR on the Economic Performance and Smoke Intensity of Diesel Engines Working at Different Altitude
【摘要】 随着海拔高度的增加,大气压力降低,导致柴油机的过量空气系数减小,然而柴油机在进行EGR后,过量空气系数减小的幅度增加,柴油机的各项工作特性参数发生不同程度的变化,以至于各个工况点下的最佳EGR率发生变化。使用内燃机大气模拟综合系统,对在不同海拔地区运行的柴油机进行EGR后的经济性和烟度的变化规律进行了初步研究,所获得的结论为在高原地区运行的柴油机采用EGR以及EGR技术的进一步研究提供了依据。
【Abstract】 With the increasing of altitude and decreasing of atmospheric pressure,the excess air coefficient of diesel decreases.But after using EGR,the decreasing range of the excess air coefficient increases,so the best EGR rate is changed.Using IC engine air simulation synthetical system,applying EGR,the authors researched the regulation of the variation of economic performance and smoke intensity of the diesel working at different altitude.The conclusion provides a basis for further study and practice.
