乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度与黏度

【摘要】 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵及十八烷基三甲基氯化铵为乳化剂制备了不同的阳离子乳化沥青,按ASTMD244的方法获取乳化沥青蒸发残留物,测试乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度和其中3种乳化沥青蒸发残留物在不同温度下的黏度,并获得相关黏温性。结果表明,乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度不同程度地偏离原料沥青,其程度因所用乳化剂的种类和加入量不同而异;乳化沥青蒸发残留物的黏度较原料沥青有不同程度的下降,流动活化能相应地有所降低,但黏温性有所改善。

【Abstract】 Different cation asphalt emulsion was prepared taking cetyl trimethylammonium bromide,cetyl trimethylammonium chloride and stearyl trimethylammonium chloride as emulsifier.The evaporation residue of asphalt emulsion was obtained by ASTM D244 method.The penetration of the residue was measured and viscosity of three kinds of the residue at different temperatures was measured as well and obtained the correlativity of viscosity-temperature.The result shows that the penetration of evaporation residue of asphalt emulsion deviate from raw asphalt at different degrees due to different kind and content of emulsifier to be used,the viscosity of evaporation residue of asphalt emulsion is smaller than that of raw asphalt in different degree,flow activation energy reduces respectively but correlativity of viscosity-temperature has somewhat improvement.
