【Abstract】 ERP (the plan of enterprise’s resource)is the newest development for Management information system in 90’s. After ERP is introduced to China, it received the widespread attention in recent years. Then, Whether the Chinese enterprise’s management does need ERP? What ERP does it need? Whether does China develop own ERP software industry? This is a question which the enterprise and software industry cared about together.
