基于模糊自整定PID的布带缠绕机张力控制算法的研究
The study of tension control algorithm based on self-adjusting PID of fuzzy inference for winding machine
【摘要】 针对常规PID控制器在数控缠绕机的张力控制过程中参数整定难以实现的困难,介绍一种基于模糊自整定PID的控制算法,根据偏差和偏差变化率来实时调整各参数。经过实验证明,该系统比常规PID控制系统具有更好的调整性能和控制特性。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to define the parameter in tension control process of winding machine by using the routine PID controller.Introduced the control algorithm based on self-adjusting PID of fuzzy inference,it can change the parameter according to the deviation and the rate of change of deviation in real time.This system has better adjust capability and control characteristics through the test.
